When you are seeking true examples of leadership, look no further than Mr. Treaty Williams, CEO of 3 Grand M Services. From the early days of his career, Mr. Williams was recognized as an individual who has a zeal for excellence in his workmanship. His career is saturated with former clients who praise his work ethic and marvel at his attention to detail. He is well known for treating each project as if it is his number one priority. Of his 39 years of leadership experience, the majority of his tenure was spent working for the U.S. federal government in Arlington, Virginia and also held leadership positions with the Wake County Sheriff's Office in Raleigh, North Carolina. Throughout this time, Mr. Williams gained a reputation for providing exceptional professional service, paying careful attention to detail, and exhibiting outstanding communication skills.
Prior to becoming an executive, Mr. Williams spent 20 years in the US Marine Corps and retired honorably after completing his last tour in Baton Rouge, LA. Mr. Williams valued his time in the USMC and he credits his former squadron with many of the characteristics he embodies today. "In the Marine Corps, you're able to fine-tune your leadership and communication skills", says Mr. Williams. "Without taking initiative and stepping up to the plate, it could make all the difference in completing the mission".
Mr. Williams has a goal of joining the ranks of the Top 3 construction vendors on the East Coast, and he focuses on this goal on a daily basis. Treaty is a native of Kingston, NY but has called Raleigh, NC his home for over 40 years. As such, Mr. Williams is constantly on a constant quest to find ways to give back to his community. "The successes we have enjoyed so far would not be possible without the people in our great city, so we enjoy engaging in activities that help to strengthen the community we live in". Treaty Williams is determined to make 3 Grand M Services a household name, and his track record shows that he is well on the way to achieving his next milestone.
